How can I add a note to an activity?

You can add a short note to any activity – use the text field on the recording screen.

To add a note to an already recorded activity, switch to the goal's calendar after opening your goal. Now tap on the Edit button next to the activity you want to add a note to. You will also be able to change the recorded value.
