Can I edit an action?

Yes, you can delete them or add a note. With target amount and limit goals, you can also change the value recorded.

To change a value, switch to the goal's calendar after opening your goal. Now select the date of the activity and tap the Edit button next to specific activity. You will be able to change both the value and the attached note of the activity. Use the Delete Activity button to delete the specific activity. You will need to confirm this action before the activity is deleted.
