How do I record an activity?
When you tap on a goal in the dashboard, the recording screen opens for that goal. Different options will be available depending on the type of goal. If you record for a target amount or limit goal, don't forget to adjust the recorded value if necessary. Then you save it, and you immediately receive feedback.
You can also record an activity when opening your goal and tapping the Record Activity button. This will let you add a comment to the recorded activity.
