When should I use an avoid goal?
If you want to avoid a bad habit, then use this type of goal. It functions in a similar way to a task goal, though in this case, you have the possibility to record activities that you are trying to NOT do. An avoid goal can either be failed or succeeded.
We recommend that you also record the times you fail in Goalify. That way we can also support you more actively with sticking with your intention in a more targeted way.
