How can I set up a training plan?
A training plan works with flex or limit goals. When creating your goal choose the desired period option (every day/week, or every other day) and enable the week-by-week planner option. You can configure precise, alternating targets for your goal in the next step. Simply click on the day or week value you want to change. Add additional weeks by tapping on the plus button.
If a goal lasts longer than you initially planned, the last valid weekly setup will simply repeat indefinitely. If you need to make changes, just use the Edit Target Plan option from the manage view of your dashboard or by opening the Option menu from your goal.
