Can I pause push notifications?

You can deactivate push messages for Goalify on your device. Nonetheless, we do not recommend doing this because the notifications are an important component of the coaching.

We suggest you do not turn off push messages altogether, but to experiment with the intensity of the Goalify coaching. The intensity of the Goalify coaching influences the number of push messages you will receive. You can adjust the intensity of the coaching in the account settings .
